Excellent corrosion resistance

Therefore, the coating has strong corrosion resistance and good corrosion resistance to nitric acid, seawater, etc, The corrosion resistance of Aluminized Silicon products is much higher than that of galvanized products. The corrosion resistance of Aluminized Silicon products is 3-5 times that of galvanized products.

Good high temperature resistance

Aluminized Silicon products have good high temperature resistance. When the temperature is 450 ℃, it can ensure high reflectivity. When it is used below 550 ℃ for a long time, it almost does not change. The aluminosilicate coated steel plate will maintain a bright appearance. Its heat resistance is equivalent to that of stainless steel 409. However, galvanized products will change color and pulverize at 300 ℃.

Low friction coefficient

 The dynamic friction coefficient of Aluminized Silicon products is less than that of galvanized products, and low friction coefficient is conducive to stamping deformation.

Excellent thermal reflectance

 Aluminized Silicon has excellent thermal reflectance. Under the temperature below 500 ℃, it has about 80% light reflectance, and the reflectance under infrared reaches 95%. Therefore, aluminized silicon products can be used as efficient heat insulation barriers or thermal reflectors in high temperature applications, and the temperature in the furnace increases rapidly through effective thermal reflection. Good weldability ﹤ aluminosilicate product is a kind of steel plate with cold rolled steel plate as the base, continuous hot dip processing and surface coating of aluminum silicon alloy. Aluminosilicate steel plate is as easy to weld as traditional galvanized steel plate. The coating of aluminosilicate steel plate has a higher melting point than galvanized steel plate, which is not easy to flow and has a small melting area. Therefore, it is not necessary to use the current as large as that of galvanized steel plate welding. At the same time, there is little harmful smoke generated in the welding process, which effectively protects the environment.
